Delaware is home to tax-free shopping meaning no sales
tax, no value added tax, no goods and service tax and no consumption
tax. What is on the price tag is what you pay. Saving money in Delaware
is automatic. Residents and visitors to our state can take advantage of
our nine large shopping malls from the northernmost Concord Mall to
Dover Mall in Kent County to the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach. In
between shoppers and bargain hunters can stop at a variety of outdoor
shopping centers in Fairfax and along Kirkwood Highway. Unique and
